HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR WARRANTY?

  • Make sure there is a warranty sticker and store receipt
  • Send us a photo of the unit, store and courier receipt
  • Take a video while opening the parcel. If any unit lost without the unboxing video, we are not liable for it

NOTE: NO UNBOXING VIDEO, NO RECEIPT, NO STICKER means NO WARRANTY

 

WARRANTY POLICY

  • 7 days REPLACEMENT, 60 days SERVICE warranty
  • No sticker or broken sticker and no receipt will void the warranty
  • Service Warranty - cost of parts needed to be replaced or fixed will be shouldered by the buyer
  • Case-to-case basis warranty will depend on admin's discretion
  • If the unit is no longer under warranty, you can contact the admin for help
  • Wrong modification or IOS update will void the warranty
